We deliver all our products across Bangladesh through trusted delivery partners, except cakes and fresh flowers. Cakes and fresh flowers are available for instant delivery within Dhaka only. Delivery time and charges depend on the delivery location, product type and order details. Customized gifts may require additional preparation time. Customers will be informed of the applicable delivery charge and estimated delivery time when the order is confirmed.

আমরা cakes ও fresh flowers ছাড়া আমাদের সকল পণ্য trusted delivery partners-এর মাধ্যমে সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি করে থাকি। Cakes ও fresh flowers শুধুমাত্র ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে instant delivery-এর জন্য available। Delivery time ও charge delivery location, পণ্যের ধরন এবং order details-এর ওপর নির্ভর করে। Customized gifts-এর জন্য অতিরিক্ত preparation time প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। Order confirmation-এর সময় প্রযোজ্য delivery charge ও সম্ভাব্য delivery time জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।

We accept returns or exchanges only for products that are damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly. Customers must contact Decors’ Gallery as soon as possible after receiving the product and provide the order details along with supporting photos or videos.

Products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Customized, personalized, fresh flowers and cakes are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered due to our error.

আমরা শুধুমাত্র damaged, defective অথবা ভুলভাবে delivered হওয়া পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে return বা exchange গ্রহণ করি। পণ্য পাওয়ার পর যত দ্রুত সম্ভব order details এবং প্রয়োজনীয় ছবি বা ভিডিওসহ Decors’ Gallery-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।

Return বা exchange-এর জন্য পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত এবং original condition ও packaging-এ থাকতে হবে। Customized, personalized products, fresh flowers ও cakes-এর ক্ষেত্রে return বা exchange প্রযোজ্য নয়, তবে আমাদের ভুলের কারণে পণ্য damaged, defective অথবা ভুলভাবে delivered হলে তা প্রযোজ্য হবে।

A refund may be applicable if:

We are unable to fulfil a confirmed order due to our own reason; or A product is incorrectly delivered, damaged or defective, and replacement is not possible.

Refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment service provider.

নিচের ক্ষেত্রে refund প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে:

আমাদের নিজস্ব কারণে confirmed order fulfil করা সম্ভব না হলে; অথবা ভুল, damaged বা defective product delivered হলে এবং replacement দেওয়া সম্ভব না হলে।

প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট payment method-এর মাধ্যমে refund করা হবে। Payment service provider-এর কারণে refund সম্পন্ন হতে কিছুটা সময় লাগতে পারে।
